– Rates include full breakfast and taxes;
– Teas and cakes available during the day; fruits and juice available in summertime.
– Outdoor swimming-pool available for Tara’s guests.

Service on payment:

The use of the SPA “AgriRelax” must be reserved and it is a service for extra cost

Rates are per accomodation, only overnight stay

Service:

– Water, electricity, gas included.
– Set of bathroom towels, set of kitchen linen, set of bed linen (according to the n. of guests) included;
– Weekly change of linen, weekly cleaning; cleaning of pan and stove NOT included;
– Barbeque available (wood not included);
– Daily cleaning , breakfast NOT included;
– Outdoor swimming available for Tara’s guests;
– End-of-stay cleaning NOt included (or according to the reservation details).

General information

Check-in: from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. – In summertime the Check-in is guaranteed from 3 p.m.
Check-out: within 11 a.m. (within 10 a.m. in summertime)
Late Check-out on request with extra cost.

Swimming-pool equipment – in summertime it is possible:

– to buy coloured bathcups for 3,00 euro/each
– to rent swimming-pool towels for 5,00 euro/each

Booking terms

A 30% deposit is required by bank transfer or credit card to confirm the reservation. The reservation must be confirmed by e-mail or fax.

An extra 20% deposit by bank transfer is required between 30 days and 15 days to arrival for stay of min. 4 nights or more.

Cancellations policy

Cancellations received up to 31 days prior to the check in date are charged 30% of the total rate.
Cancellations received between 30 days and 15 days prior to the check in date are charged 50% of the total rate.
Cancellations received between 14 days and 8 days prior to the check in date are charged 90% of the total rate.
Cancellations received between 7 days and 1 day prior to the check in date are charged 100% of the total rate.

Credit cards accepted: Visa, MC, Maestro. Bancomat.

Pets: dogs are welcome on request at Tara’s and can stay in the dog-owner’s accommodation. Anyway they are not admitted in the swimming-pool area and in the breakfast, fireplace and tasting rooms. The surrounding garden is available for walking under the dog-owner control.
