By car:

  • – (from South) Motorway A1 (Rome-Florence) exit Orte – take the Highway Viterbo-Terni direction Terni-Perugia (on the right) and exit Amelia.
  • – (from North) Motorway A1 (Florence-Rome) exit Attigliano – follow the sign to Amelia.

Once in the town of Amelia, follow the sign to Orvieto, and leave the town. Then, at the Roman Bridge, turn right to Macchie ; straight on leaving at your right the sign Sambucetole-Cappuccini and continue towards a little bridge with the guard-rail, turn right following Tara’s signs.

 

(You will find “Via Capo di Sopra” and “Strada del Pisciarello” that is the right one). Continue to follow Agriturismo Tara signs and you will find a brown gate on the left after about 1 km.
