Tara is surrounded by 7 hectars of olive grove, vineyard, fruit horchard, vegetable garden and cultivated fields, at about 380 msl.
The olive oil produced by our trees is the result of a fine combination of the local olive varieties, such as Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo, extracted according to the cold pressing technique.
Each season has its own gift: sunflowers and corn fields, lavish fruit orchard, fresh fruits, smelling plants of lavender and rosemary.
