Accomodation in the ROOMS (in the main building) \u2013 B&B service<\/h4>\n

Double room B&B: from \u20ac 100,00 to \u20ac 160,00
\nTriple\/quadruple room B&B: from \u20ac 120,00 to \u20ac 240,00<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Rates are per room, per night<\/p>\n

Service included:<\/h4>\n

– Rates include full breakfast and taxes;
\n – Teas and cakes available during the day; fruits and juice available in summertime.
\n– Outdoor swimming-pool available for Tara\u2019s guests.<\/p>\n

Service on payment:<\/h4>\n

The use of the SPA “AgriRelax” must be reserved and it is a service for extra cost<\/p>\n

Accomodation in the independent COTTAGE \u2013 Min. stay: 2 nights <\/h4>\n

from \u20ac 140,00 per night\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Rates are per accomodation, only overnight stay<\/p>\n

Service:<\/h4>\n

– Water, electricity, gas included.
\n– Set of bathroom towels, set of kitchen linen, set of bed linen (according to the n. of guests) included;
\n– Weekly change of linen, weekly cleaning; cleaning of pan and stove NOT included;
\n– Barbeque available (wood not included);
\n– Daily cleaning , breakfast NOT included;
\n– Outdoor swimming available for Tara\u2019s guests;
\n– End-of-stay cleaning NOt included (or according to the reservation details).<\/p>\n

General information<\/h4>\n

Check-in:<\/strong> from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. – In summertime the Check-in is guaranteed from 3 p.m.
\nCheck-out:<\/strong> within 11 a.m. (within 10 a.m. in summertime)
\nLate Check-out on request with extra cost.<\/p>\n

Swimming-pool equipment – in summertime it is possible: <\/p>\n

– to buy coloured bathcups for 3,00 euro\/each
\n– to rent swimming-pool towels for 5,00 euro\/each<\/p>\n

Booking terms<\/h4>\n

A 30% deposit is required by bank transfer or credit card to confirm the reservation. The reservation must be confirmed by e-mail or fax.<\/p>\n

An extra 20% deposit by bank transfer is required between 30 days and 15 days to arrival for stay of min. 4 nights or more.\n<\/p>\n

Cancellations policy<\/h4>\n

Cancellations received up to 31 days prior to the check in date are charged 30% of the total rate.
\nCancellations received between 30 days and 15 days prior to the check in date are charged 50% of the total rate.
\nCancellations received between 14 days and 8 days prior to the check in date are charged 90% of the total rate.
\nCancellations received between 7 days and 1 day prior to the check in date are charged 100% of the total rate.\n<\/p>\n

Credit cards accepted: Visa, MC, Maestro. Bancomat.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pets:<\/strong> dogs are welcome on request<\/strong> at Tara\u2019s and can stay in the dog-owner\u2019s accommodation. Anyway they are not admitted in the swimming-pool area and in the breakfast, fireplace and tasting rooms.
